بررسي تاثير چاي و قهوه بر ميزان تغيير رنگ دندان‌هاي رزين كامپوزيتي Glamour و آكريليك مصنوعي Ideal dent

Evaluation of the effect of tea & coffee on color change of the resin composite tooth (Glamour) and resin acrylic tooth (Ideal dent)

خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: در پروتز متحرك دندانهاي مصنوعي نقش مهمي در زيبايي ظاهري دارند، براي حفظ زيبايي ظاهري ثبات رنگ يكي از فاكتورهاي اساسي است. با توجه به گزارشات متفاوتاز تاثير نوشيدني‌ها بر تغييرات رنگ دندان مصنوعي و بمنظور تعيين تاثير چاي و قهوه بر روي ثبات رنگ دندان رزيني كامپوزيتي ماركGlamour و دندان آكريليك مصنوعي Ideal dent اين تحقيق انجام گرفت. مواد وروش‌ها: در اين بررسي تجربي،آزمايشگاهي كه بر روي 36 نمونه انجام گرفت، نمونه‌ها از سانترال راست بالا بودند. از اين ميان18 عدد دندان رزيني كامپوزيتي مارك Glamourبا شماره سايز I13 و رنگA1 و 18 عدد دندان آكريليك مصنوعي مارك Ideal dent با شماره سايز I18 و رنگ A1مي باشند كه درون محلول‌هاي رنگ زاي چاي و قهوه به عنوان گروه مورد و درون آب مقطر به عنوان گروه شاهد قرار گرفتند. تغييرات رنگ E)? (قبل از يك ماه قرار گرفتن نمونه‌ها درون محلول‌ها، بوسيله دستگاه اسپكتروفتومتر و طبق سيستم CIE lab مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت و براي تعيين ميزان تغييررنگ ثبت شده توسط دستگاه با محيط كلينيكي اطلاعات به واحد‌هاي NBSاز طريق معادله 0/92 × NBS units: ?Eتبديل شدند. تجزيه و تحليل آماري توسط تست آماري ANOVA صورت گرفت. يافته‌ها: تحقيق روي تعداد 36 نمونه شامل 18 نمونه دندان رزيني كامپوزيت و 18 نمونه اكريليك انجام گرفت. در مورد درمارك Glamour همه نمونه‌ها از لحاظ آماري اختلاف معني داري وجود داشت .(p < 0.05).ولي در مارك Ideal dent اين تغيير رنگ مشاهده نشد. (P < 0.6) نتيجه‌گيري: تغيير رنگ دندان مصنوعي glamoure ايجاد مي‌شود و اين تغيير رنگ تا حد مجاز قابل قبول كلينيكي است ولي تغيير رنگ ideal dent متاثر از چاي و قهوه وجود ندارد.

Abstract: Background and Aim: In removable dentures, artificial teeth are a significant part of the overall esthetical outcome .In the maintenance of esthetical effects ,the color stability of artificial tooth materials is one major factor .The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the color stability of one resin composite teeth (Glamour)and one resin acrylic teeth (Ideal dent) in tea & coffee. Materials and Methods: This in vitro-experimental study was done on a sample with size of 36 .all of the samples selected of the upper right santral; between them 18 teeth was the resin composite(Glamour) with size A13 and color A1 and 18 teeth was the re sin acrylic teeth (Ideal dent) with size I18and color A1. Sample were immersed in to two staining beverage as test groups (tea & coffee) and distilled water as control. Color measurements of teeth were performed by using spectrophotometer, before immersion, the initial color value of each tooth was recorded. Color change values were determined after 1 month. Color differences were characterized using the CIE lab color space.for evaluation color with clinical environment we use from NBS units. Statistically analyzes done with ANOVA test. Results: In the Glamour mark, for all samples, there were statistically significant differences between the mean ? E values after 1 month but in Ideal dent mark there were not. Conclusion: Color differences with corresponding ?E values than 3.3are acceptable and NBS values than 3 are acceptable in clinical dentistry in the current study the ?E values of all groups did not exceed 3.3. In the Glamour mark, coffee was found the more chromomeric agent between solutions .but in Ideal dent mark we did not found any color changes.
