ارزيابي زيست محيطي ساختمان‌ها از طريق HQE®؛ نمونه موردي: (آپارتمان سه طبقه مسكوني در منطقه پنج اصفهان)

Environmental Assessment of Buildings Through HQE® Method; Case study: a Three-Story Residential Apartment in 5th District of Isfahan

توسعه پايدار امروزه به يكي از مهمترين موضوعات جوامع معاصر تبديل شده و بيشتر برنامه‌ها در زمينه‌ها و رشته‌هاي گوناگون بايد براي همگرايي اهداف و رويكرد‌هاي خود با اصول آن تلاش كنند. اما تعيين ميزان پايداري همواره از بحث‌هاي چالش برانگيز بوده است. با توجه به نسبي بودن اين مفهوم، براي سنجش ميزان پايداري نياز به سنجه‌ها يا شاخص‌هايي است تا بتوان در اين زمينه قضاوت بهتري را بدست آورد. براي انجام ارزيابي نيز يكي از بهترين روش‌ها، تدوين مجموعه‌اي از سنجه‌ها، يا شاخص‌ها است كه از طريق مقايسه آنها با يكديگر بتوان وضعيت فعلي يا آينده را مورد ارزيابي قرار داد. در مقاله حاضر، با انجام مرحله فوق بر روي يك نمونه آپارتمان مسكوني در اصفهان با روش HQE (كيفيت بالاي زيست محيطي) كه تاكيد آن بر دستيابي به آستانه‌اي از كيفيات مورد نظر در يك ساختمان است، مجموعه‌اي از شاخص‌ها در دو دسته، شامل چهار گروه و چهارده هدف متفاوت تدوين و بررسي شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه فقط در گروه اهداف مربوط به بهداشت، اين ساختمان بسختي امتياز ميانگيني بيش از متوسط به‌دست آورده و در سه گروه اهداف ديگر امتياز مطلوبي را به‌دست نمي‌آورد. اين‌گونه ارزشيابي در نهايت مي‌تواند در درجه اول آگاهي و حساسيت ما را نسبت به پروژه‌ها يا طرحهاي موجود بالا برده و در شناخت و سنجش وضعيت فعلي، كمك شاياني كند. همچنين اين سنجش وضعيت مي‌تواند در تصميم براي مداخله احتمالي بسيار موثر بوده و اولويت‌ها را براي آينده با توجه به اهداف و وضعيت فعلي مشخص سازد.

Nowadays, Sustainable Development (SD) has become one of the most important paradigms of the contemporary societies and all programs in various disciplines should coordinate their aims and approaches with its principles. But determining the degree of sustainability in different contexts has been one of the more challenging issues. According to the relative nature of sustainability, evaluation of sustainability needs to a set of Sustainable Development Indicators (SDIs) in order to achieving more realistic judgment. Preparing this set of indicators is one of the best methods of environmental assessment, which their comparison helps us to evaluate the actual situation and/or futureʹs one. In this paper, after effectuating the above mentioned step on a residential apartmentin Isfahan through HQE® method, a set of indicators in two categories containing four groups of fourteen objectives are defined and then investigated. The results showed that only in the group of hygienic objectives the building reach hardly the note over the average and concerning other three groups of indicators the note is not satisfying. This type of evaluation firstly increases our awareness and sensitivity about the existing projects and helps us considerably to understand and analyze the actual situation. This is also a very important factor for any future intervention according to our objectives and aims.
