Will Entrepreneurship Change the Strategy at Universities?

With the trend in the global transformation from an industrial to an information society, adopting new strategies for new values and opportunities at universities appear to be a necessity. Especially in light of the significance of multifaceted political and economic developments, in which the development of education and research are central, as well as the increasing significance of three global revolutions - that is, the entrepreneurship revolution, the digital revolution, and the Internet revolution (known as the EDI revolutions) - in changing the blueprints for education and research, which in turn result in a change in the requirements of the skills and abilities of students, we as a nation must prepare for fundamental strategic changes in the fields of education and research. Therefore, an attempt has been made in this article to introduce a brief description of training for entrepreneurship and creativity, which have been called "the engines of economic development." It is a process which, with new ideas and a new way of thinking, by passing through certain stages,-will set out to create work and introduce new products and services in our society. Thus the focus of attention has been the necessity for adding two new channels to the countryʹs universities as new paths in education and research. Thus far, our universities have been active only in the first channel, that is, the path of training for specialization, while they have neglected two other channels: Business Skills and Entrepreneurial Abilities as two new strategies. Therefore, two possibilities in education courses for students are hereby suggested so that in the future the countryʹs universities will progress alongside the worldʹs universities in acquiring added value.
