The Russian academy of sciences with a 279 year precedence, is one of the few notable scientific centers in the world. Its importance, not only from historical aspect, but also from organizational and political aspects are worthy of recognition. This academy is considered one of the biggest Russian scientific management organizations. Although, Russia has had many rises and falls and has had to deal with a lot of political and social changes, the scientific ability and political and the soundness of its foundation have preserved this nation through the centuries and, especially, in the last few decades. Surely, in this case, the role of the countryʹs scientific organizations and the academy of sciences has had the most significant effect. The existence of many scientific and research centers in association with the universities in this country has helped to solve the peopleʹs everyday problems on different levels and from different aspects. Meanwhile, this cooperation has elevated the scientific ability and knowledge of the experts in the country. One of the responsibilities of the academy is using and putting to work all of the countryʹs scientists in order to reach new levels of science and technology in the world. The academy has always paid special attention to key sciences and technologies and has had a particular place for them in its organization. At the same time, it has always helped to use the science in practical and production fields and to bring science and practicality closer to each other. One of the causes of the countryʹs stability in critical conditions and political upheavals is being equipped with different sciences and technologies, training of experts and compendious and updating of information that this country with all its history of crisis, revolutions and political-economical changes has been able to attain.
