Teleworking

تركيب تكنولوژي اطلاعات (IT) و ارتباطات (C) و توسعه آن حاكي از نوعي تلفيق و هماهنگي ميان واحدهاي پراكنده است كه از طريق شبكه هاي ارتباطي با هم پيوند خورده وسازمانهاي جديدي را بوجود مي آورند. طرح جايگزيني دانشگران بجاي كارگران در سازمانهاي قرن بيست و يكم براساس تغيير و تحولات بوجود آمده و استقرار سازمانهاي مجازي، موضوع دوركاري را بيشتر از پيش ملموس و عملي مي سازد. در اين مقاله تعريف جامعي از دوركاري و انواع آن، سازمان مجازي، مورد بحث قرار گرفته و تجربه كشورها، مزايا و معايب آن بيان مي گردد. نهايتا با توجه به ضرورت پرداختن به اين موضوع ، راهكارهاي اجرايي به منظور كاهش معايب و عوارض ناشي از آن مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد.

Combing information technology (It) with information communication technology (ICT) and its expansion, is a kind of jointing and coordinating dispersed units, which will lead to the creation of a new organization. Substituting the knowledged workers instead of workers, indeed occurred in the organizations of the twenty first century, leading to the establishment of virtual organization, making the Teleworking more tangible and finally resulting to a magnificent, outstanding one. In this article , a comprehensive definition of Teleworking and the different kinds of it, and virtual organization including the global experiences together with the advantages and the disadvantageous in this connection are also discussed.Finally ,due to the necessities of attention to be paid to the subject and as a result of that, the proper implementation methods are analytically reviews to minimize the disadvantageous and its side effect.
