Supplies and Demands Risk Management in Natural Gas Network of the Country

توانايي پاسخگويي شركت ملي گاز ايران به تقاضاهاي مشتريان با توجه به وجود منابع محدود و غير قطعي گاز به‌عنوان يك عامل مهم در شبكه تامين گاز كشور مطرح است. در تحقيق حاضر، به منظور ارزيابي اين توانايي، با استفاده از فرآيندهاي گاز طبيعي و روابطي كه بين اجزاي شبكه توليد، انتقال و توزيع اين صنعت برقرار است، مدلي براي شبكه تامين گاز طبيعي كشور تعريف و به صورت شماتيك ارايه شده است. مدل ارايه شده در قالب يك مسيله به‌صورت برنامه‌ريزي سازشي خطي فرموله شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي گردآوري شده، تركيبي از مدل اطلاعات و پيش‌بيني بازار گاز (GMDFS) با شيوه ‌ها و ايده‌هاي موجود در زمينه مديريت ريسك به‌كار گرفته شده است. نتايج حاصله و به تصوير كشيده شده از مدل مي‌توانند به‌عنوان شاخص‌هايي از روندها و حدود محتمل پيامدهاي ناشي از مفروضات صورت گرفته استفاده شود. نتايج مدل به‌طور خاص نشانگر تاثيرات محتمل ناشي از سياست‌هاي كلي و خط مشي‌هاي شركت ملي گاز بر تعادل منابع و مصارف گاز طبيعي است.

The responsibility of the National Iranian Gas Co. to cover the customers’ demands, considering the limited and uncertain supplies, is an important factor in supply chain of natural gas network of Iran. To evaluate this capability, in this dissertation, applying the gas industry concepts and relations between components of production, transmission and distribution network, a model has been introduced for natural gas supply chain and presented semantically. The presented model is formulated as a compromised linear programming problem.To analyse the collected data, a combination of the Gas Market Data and Forecasting System model and risk management techniques and concepts have been applied. The results presented by the model can be used as indicators of trends and the ranges of likely outcomes originating from the particular assumptions made. Particularly, the model results are indicative of the probable overall effects of pursuing particular public policy and strategies made by N.I.G.C, on natural gas supplies and demands balance.
