اولويت بندي انگيزه هاي داوطلبان شركت ‌كننده در نهمين المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان ايران

Volunteers’ Motivation at the 9th Sport Olympiad of Iranian Universities

هدف اين پژوهش اولويت بندي انگيزه هاي دانشجويان داوطلب در نهمين المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان دختر و پسر ايران در سال 1387 است. نمونه آماري پژوهش را كليه داوطلبان شركت كننده در المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالي كشور در دو دانشگاه بوعلي سينا همدان و دانشگاه يزد (396 نفر) تشكيل مي دادند كه از اين ميان، تعداد 292 داوطلب (74/73%) در تحقيق شركت كردند. ابزار تحقيق، پرسشنامه 39 سوالي انگيزه هاي داوطلبي در ورزش بود كه انگيزه شغلي، مادي، هدفمند، پيشرفت، اجتماعي، حمايتي و تعهد را اندازه گيري مي كرد و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي آلفاي كرونباخ، 94/0 = ? محاسبه شد. تجزيه و تحليل يافته هاي تحقيق با استفاده از آزمون هاي فريدمن و-U مان ويتني (در سطح 05/0 ? P) نشان داد كه انگيزه‌هاي هدفمند، تعهد و شغلي مهم ترين و انگيزه مادي كم اهميت ترين عوامل انگيزشي داوطلبان را تشكيل مي دهند. همچنين مشخص شد كه در دختران انگيزه هاي شغلي و پيشرفت، بيشتر از پسران و در دانشجويان رشته تربيت بدني انگيزه هاي شغلي و اجتماعي، بيشتر از دانشجويان ساير رشته-هاست. ضمناً انگيزه شغلي داوطلبان المپياد دانشجويي همدان بيشتر از المپياد يزد بود. با توجه به اولويت انگيزه هاي هدفمند، تعهد و شغلي، مديران برگزاركننده المپيادهاي ورزشي دانشجويان مي توانند با حفظ و ارتقاي اين انگيزه ها، زمينه مشاركت بيشتر دانشجويان را در بخش داوطلبي ورزشي را فراهم آورند.

The goal of this study was to prioperting the motivations of student volunteers at the 9th Iranian universities sport Olympiad, summer 2008. The sample in the current study consisted of 396 volunteers at the 9th sport Olympiad of universities which held in both Buali Sina (Hamedan) and Yazd Universities. 292 of volunteers (73.74%) completed the questionnaire. The research instrument was “sport volunteer motivations questionnaire” which comprised of 39 items and measured Career, Material, Purposive, Enhancement, Social, Protective and Commitment motives. With the use of Cronbach’s alpha score test, the internal consistency of the instrument was calculated ?=0.94. The research data were analyzed by Friedman and Mann-Withney U tests (P?.05). The results indicated that purposive, commitment and career motives were the most important, but material motive was the least important motivation of volunteers. Also, females were more motivated by Career and enhancement motives than males. Moreover, physical education students were more motivated by career and social motives than non-physical education students, and Hamedan sport Olympiad’ volunteers were more motivated by career motive than Yazd Olympiad volunteers. According to the ranking of purposive, commitment and career motives, it is concluded that, universities sport Olympiads managers could more enhance the student volunteers’ participation by possessing and improving these motivations.
