تعيين ميزان رابطه سلامت سازماني با بهره وري حوزه ستادي سازمان تربيت بدني كشور از ديدگاه كارشناسان

The Relationship between Organizational Health and the Productivity of the Experts’ Point of View in Physical Education Organization of I.R.Iran

هدف اين پژوهش تعيين رابطه سلامت سازماني با بهره وري حوزه ستادي سازمان تربيت بدني كشور از ديدگاه كارشناسان است. جامعه آماري، كليه كارشناسان حوزه ستادي سازمان تربيت بدني كشور بودند كه بر اساس فرمول كرجسي و مورگان ، 169 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. در اين تحقيق، از پرسشنامه هاي بهره وري اچيو هرسي ، بلانچارد و همكاران (1983) و سلامت سازماني هوي و همكاران (1991) استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، علاوه بر آمار توصيفي، از آزمون‌هاي آمار استنباطي مانند ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون tو رگرسيون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد ميانگين سلامت سازماني 49/140 و ميانگين بهره وري سازماني 06/93 است و بين ميزان سلامت سازماني و بهره وري كارشناسان، رابطه مستقيم و معني دار وجود دارد (01/0P < ، 58/0=r). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد متغير سلامت سازماني به‌طور معني داري توانايي پيش بيني بهره وري كارشناسان را دارد؛ به عبارت ديگر متغير سلامت سازماني مي تواند 33/0 تغييرات بهره وري را پيش بيني كند. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق، مي‌توان گفت حوزه سازماني سازمان تربيت بدني از نظر سلامت سازماني در حد بالا و از نظر بهره‌وري سازماني كارشناسان، در وضعيتي معمولي است. به‌علاوه، سلامت سازماني توان پيش‌گويي بهره‌وري سازماني را دارد.

The main aim of the investigation is indication of Relationship between organizational health and the productivity of the Expert ’s point of view in physical education organization of the country. The method of the study is survey and kind of descriptive correlation. The investigated population was include of 300 experts person of staff domain of physical education organization, which among them 169 person was selected based on Kerjecy and Morgan formula as statistical sample. Measurement tools of the investigation have been Hersey et. al.(1983) productivity inventory and Hoy et al. (1991) organization health inventory. For analysis of the data in addition of use of chart, central indexes, and dispersion, inferential statistical for test of research hypothesis, correlation coefficient, t test and multiple regression have been used. The results state that organizational health average 140.49 and the experts organization productivity 63.06.also results indicating that there was a significant direct relation between amount of organizational health and productivity of experts (r = 0/581) (P < 0/01). In addition the obtained results from regression analysis show that organizational health variable has ability of prediction of experts significantly. This means organizational health variable can predict 0.33 of productivity variations. Therefore with attention of research result, can state that domain staff of physical organization with a view to organization health is in high level and with a view to experts organization productivity is in ordinary position. Also organization health has ability to prediction of organization productivity.
