Coach`s Leadership Styles And Athlete`s Satisfaction AmongIranian Professional Athletes

در اين پژوهش رابطه سبك رهبري مربيان با رضايتمندي ورزشكاران بررسي شده است. 271 ورزشكار مرد تيم‌هاي ملي كشور و نيز ورزشكاران مرد شركت كننده در مسابقات ليگ برتر كشور (سال1387)، در رشته‌هاي واليبال، فوتبال، بسكتبال، هندبال و فوتسال، پرسشنامه‌هاي مقياس رهبري در ورزش و رضايتمندي ورزشكار را تكميل كردند. پرسشنامه مقياس رهبري در ورزش با 43 سوال، پنج بعد سبك رهبري مربيان شامل: سبك آموزش و تمرين، دموكراتيك، آمرانه، حمايت اجتماعي و بازخورد مثبت را اندازه‌گيري مي‌كند. پرسشنامه رضايتمندي ورزشكار با 14 سوال، رضايت ورزشكاران را درخصوص سبك‌هاي رهبري مربيان مي‌سنجد. ثبات دروني پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 91/0 و 94/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون‌هاي كلموگراف- اسميرنف و ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن استفاده شد. تمامي فرضيه‌هاي آزمون در سطح P? 0/05 تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد از ديدگاه ورزشكاران، مربيان بيشتر از سبك‌هاي آموزش و تمرين، دموكراتيك و حمايت اجتماعي استفاده مي‌كنند. همچنين در ميان ابعاد رضايتمندي ورزشكار، رضايت از رفتار و تعامل مربي اولويت دارد و پس از آن به ترتيب: رضايت از تمرين و آموزش، عملكرد تيمي و عملكرد فردي قرار دارد. به‌طور كلي، نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد سبك‌هاي رهبري آموزش و تمرين، حمايت اجتماعي و بازخورد مثبت با رضايتمندي ورزشكاران رابطه مثبت و معني داري دارند.

The present study examined relationship between coach`s leadership styles and athlete’s satisfaction among Iranian professional athletes (2007-2008). National teams athletes (male) and athletes (male) that participated in professional league competition (n=271) , from volleyball, football, basketball, handball and footsall completed the perceived version of the leadership scale for sport and the athlete satisfaction questionnaire. The leadership scale for sport contains 43 items that measures five dimensions of leadership behaviors- training and instruction, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, social support and positive feedback, and the athlete satisfaction questionnaire contains 14 items that measures athlete satisfaction in relationship with coach`s leadership styles. Cronbach`s alpha coefficient was utilized to examine the internal reliability of of the leadership scale for sport (r=0/91) and the athlete satisfaction questionnaire (r=0/94). Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, one- sample kolmorov-smirnov, Spearman Correlation Coefficient in significance level of P?0/05. Results showed coach`s exhibited higher in training and instruction, democratic and social support. Also athlete satisfaction dimensions included sequence personal treatment satisfaction, training and instruction satisfaction, team performance satisfaction and individual performance satisfaction. Overall, the findings support the significant and positive relationship between athlete`s satisfaction and coach`s leadership styles- training and instruction, positive feedback and social support.
