ارتباط بين سبك رهبري با اثربخشي گروهي مربيان از ديدگاه دانشجويان شركت كننده در اولين المپياد ورزشي ملّي دانشجويان

The Study of Relationship between Coaching Behavior with the Team Effectiveness of Students Participating in the First Olympiad of National Sport

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه بين رفتار مربيان با اثربخشي گروهي آن‌ها از ديدگاه دانشجويان است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را انشجويان شركت كننده در اولين دوره المپياد ملي ورزش دانشجويي تشكيل مي‌دهد (372 نفر) كه 190 نفر بر اساس فرمول كرجسي و مورگان به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌هاي مقياس رهبري در ورزش (چلادوري وصالح، 1980) و اثربخشي گروهي (فردمن و يار براق، 1985) استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ براي مقياس رهبري در ورزش 85/0 و اثربخشي گروهي 79/0 به دست آمده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، علاوه بر آمار توصيفي از آمار استنباطي مانند ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون كولموگروف - اسميرنوف، واريانس يك طرفه و آزمون تعقيبي توكي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد بين اثربخشي گروهي و مولفه‌هاي سبك رهبري (رفتار آموزشي، رفتار دمكراتيك، رفتار حمايت اجتماعي و رفتار بازخورد مثبت) رابطه معني داري وجود دارد (05/0p?)، ولي بين اثربخشي گروهي و رفتار آمرانه رابطه اي وجود ندارد. همچنين، مقايسه رفتارهاي مختلف مربيان نشان داد كه در بين دانشگاه‌هاي كشور تنها در رفتار دمكراتيك اختلاف معني داري وجود دارد و در ميان رفتارهاي ديگر، تفاوت معني دار نيست. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق مي‌توان گفت كه سبك رهبري مربيان از عوامل موثر بر بهبود اثربخشي گروهي است؛ بنابراين توصيه مي‌شود مربيان از سبك‌هاي رهبري مناسب استفاده كند.

The main goal of this research was the study of relationship between coaches’ behavior with group effectiveness .The samples of this research were students who participated in the First Student National Olympiad held in Esfand 1387 (N=190).Tools used for gathering the data consist of the questionnaire of leadership scale in sports( LSS) and group effectiveness questionnaire that measure the octagonal dimension of effectiveness. The internal stability of questionnaire has been obtain by using Cronbach’s Alpha as 0/85, 0/79. Respectively for analyzing the data, the descriptive and inferential statistics includes Peirson correlation coefficient, Kolmogrove-Smirnov Test, one-way ANOVA and Tukey has been used. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between group effectiveness, instructive, democratic, social support and positive feedback behavior, while there isn’t no significant relationship between group effectiveness and autocratic behavior. Comparison of the coaches’ different behavior showed that there was significant difference only in democratic behavior among our home universities but the results were negative in other behaviors. According to the results of the research, it seems that the coaches’ leadership style is related to the factors .such as to group effectiveness and indicates the importance of application of the coaches’ of suitable leadership styles.
