توسعه صنايع پيشرفته كليد شكوفايي اقتصادي

In knowledge based economy, the economy will grow rapidly if an affordable infrastructure is ready for national innovation system and export. In order to stay effectively in competitive environment it is necessary to have high tech productions and technology. In this paper prerequisite for high tech industrial development and important parameters such as, national strategy, vision, objective, target, planning, industrial policies, rules, regulations and financial encouragement has been discussed. Other strategy key issues such as, investment in research and development, intellectual property, human resources, a new active organization and their effect on technological development has been described briefly.
