Technological Clusters are collections of small and large companies which are created around a large research organization or institute. Emphasizing creativity and innovation, state-of-the-art technology, following state guidelines and strategies are the main features of such clusters which make them so successful in the world of technology and economy. Upon presenting explanations and analyses about the structure and function of technological clusters, this paper introduces a simple pattern for the development and potential function of them in the country.
