اولين گزارش سفيدك سطحي Rosa persica بر اثر قارچ Leveillula taurica در ايران

FIRST REPORT OF POWDERY MILDEW OF Rosa persica CAUSED BY Leveillula taurica FROM IRAN

در طي مطالعه و بررسي سفيدك‌هاي سطحي مربوط به تيره Erysiphaceae در منطقه ابرده (استان خراسان رضوي، مشهد، منطقه ييلاقي ابرده، تابستان 1386) يك گونه رز، با نام علميRosa persica Michx.ex Juss آلوده به سفيدك پودري جمع‌آوري گرديد. علايم ظاهري آلودگي، با چشم غير مسلح شامل ميسليوم‌هاي متراكم پنبه‌اي شكل بود كه سطوح برگ‌ها و بخش‌هايي از ساقه را آلوده كرده بود. در اين نمونه ميسليوم‌ها متراكم و در دو طرف برگ‌ها ديده شدند، كنيديوم‌ها از دو نوع، كنيديوم‌هاي اوليه نيزه اي شكل و كنيديوم‌هاي ثانويه بيضوي تا استوانه‌اي بودند، ابعاد كنيديوم‌ها 15-11×48-35 ميكرومتر تعيين شد. كاسموتسيوم‌ها كروي با زوايد ميسليومي، آسك‌ها با ابعاد 40-30 ×90-67 ميكرومتر، حاوي آسكوسپورهايي بيضوي به ابعاد 19-15×35-25 بودند (شكل 1). اين قارچ بر طبق منوگراف براون (Braun,U.1987. A Monograph of the Erysiphales) گونهLeveillula taurica (Lev) Arnaud شناسايي شد كه بر اساس منابع موجود اين اولين گزارش Leveillula از روي گياه رز در ايران است، كه از اين نظر جالب توجه مي‌باشد.

During the study of Powdery mildew related to Erysiphaceae family from Abardeh region in Mashhad (Khorasan-e-Razavi province), one species of Rose (Rosa persica Michx.ex Juss, Summer 2006) with symptoms of Powdery mildew was collected. The symptoms observed with the naked eye including the dense cottony shape mycelia infected the leaf surfaces as well as some parts of the stem. Mycelia were dense, amphigenous, conidia with two types, primary conidia lanceolate, and secondary conidia ellipsoid to cylindric, 15-11*48-35 µm, chasmothecia with mycelioid appendages, and asci numerous, 67-90*30-40 µm, with 2-spores, 11-20*30-39µm (Fig 1). According to A Monograph of the Erysiphales (Braun,U.1987.A Monograph of the Erysiphales) the fungus was identified as Leveillula taurica (Lev) Arnaud. Based on the literature, this is the first record of the genus Leveillula on Rosa from Iran.
