امكان‌سنجي پياده‌سازي نظام فايو اس در مخزن‌ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي ايران

The feasibility study of implementation of “5s” system in the repository

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف امكان‌سنجي پياده‌سازي نظام فايو اس در مخزن‌ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي ايران به انجام رسيده است. روش تحقيق: در اين پژوهش از روش پيمايشي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش مخزن‌ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي ايران است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات سياهه وارسي مي‏باشد. براي سنجش داده‌ها از روش خي دو و آزمون ميانه استفاده شده است. يافته‏ها: نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه در 9/14 درصد موارد، اصلا نظام فايو اس در مخزن‌ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي رعايت نمي‌شود، در 04/12 درصد به ميزان ضعيف، 8/13 درصد به صورت قابل قبول، 8/20 درصد خوب و در 3/38 درصد موارد به ميزان كامل در مخزن‌ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي ايران نظام فايو اس رعايت مي‌شود. نتيجه‏گيري: نتايج بدست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان داد وضعيت مخزن‏ها و بخش مرجع كتابخانه ملي ايران در وضعيت مطلوبي مي‏باشد و امكان پياده‏سازي نظام فايو اس در اين بخش‏ها وجود دارد. همچنين مديران بخش بايد نسبت به آموزش كاركنان در درك مفاهيم فايو اس علي‏الخصوص s5 اهتمام بيشتري نمايند.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of applying “5s “system in resources and reference unit of information division of National library of Iran. Methodology: In this research data are Collected through measuring. The society of this research is resources and reference unit of information division of National library of Iran. Data collected through 5 checklist that were designed and customize with 5s system standard checklist. Collected data from each s analyzed by k2 test and median test. Findings: Evaluation shows that 14.9 % of total cases doesnʹt observe the 5s system. 12.04 % is in poor level, 13.8% is in significant level, 20.8 % is in well level and 38.3 % is in complete level of observing 5s system. Conclusion: resources and reference unit of information division of National library of Iran are in a relatively good situations regarding to applying 5s system. There is possibility of applying 5s system in level below (the error) 0/05 as error in information division of National library of Iran and the hypothesis of this research confirms. Also managers should pay more attention to S5 and learning conceptions of that among employees of resources and reference unit of information division of National library of Iran.
