تاثير سلامت سازماني بر مديريت دانش در شعب بانك سپه استان آذربايجان شرقي

Stady the Effect of Organizational Health at knowledge Management in Sepah Bank Branches East Azarbyjan Proviance

هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي تاثيرسلامت سازماني بر مديريت دانش در بانك سپه استان آذربايجان شرقي است. براي اين منظور سلامت سازماني بر اساس نظريه" تالكوت پارسونز" در سه سطح نهادي، اداري و فني و مديريت دانش بر اساس نظريه بهات شامل فعاليت هاي كسب دانش، ثبت دانش، انتقال دانش، خلق دانش و كاربرد دانش تعريف شده كه اين پنج فعاليت در دو گروه اقدامات سخت مديريت دانش (شامل فعاليت هاي كسب و ثبت و كاربرد دانش ) و اقدامات نرم مديريت دانش (شامل فعاليت هاي خلق و انتقال دانش) از همديگر متمايز گرديده اند. در اين راستا 5 فرضيه اصلي و 15 فرضيه فرعي تنظيم شده است. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي - پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري، كاركنان رسمي شعب وكاركنان واحد مستقل ارزي بدون در نظر گرفتن مديران آن هاست. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات، دو پرسش نامه شامل پرسش نامه سلامت سازماني با 37 سوال و پرسش نامه مديريت دانش شامل 27 سوال است كه پس از سنجش روايي و پايايي، در اختيار نمونه آماري كه با استفاده از روش هاي نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي و تصادفي ساده (قرعه كشي) به دست آمده بود و شامل 241 نمونه است، قرار داده شد. براي تلخيص و طبقه بندي از روش آماري توصيفي و درسطح استنباطي براي آزمون فرضيه هاي اصلي از تحليل رگرسيون خطي چند گانه و براي آزمون فرضيه هاي فرعي از تحليل رگرسيون خطي ساده استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي آماري در سطح معني داري 05/0 بيان گر وجود تاثير سلامت سازماني در سطوح اداري و فني بر تمامي ابعاد مديريت دانش است. ولي سلامت سطح نهادي تنها بر انتقال دانش در بانك سپه استان آذربايجان شرقي تاثير گذار است.

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of organizational health on the knowledge management in Sepah Bank in East Azarbaijan. For this purpose the organizational health was defined as in three levels of institutional, administrative and technical levels on the basis of the theory of Talkot parsons and on the basis of Bhatt theory the knowledge management was defined as including the a ctivities of obtaining, recording, transferring creating and applying the knowledge and these 5 activities are devided in two groups: 1. Hard actions in knowledge management (obtaining, recording and applying the knowledge) 2. Soft actions in knowledge management (creating and transferring) and 5 main and 15 minor hypotheses were developed in this process the methodology of the research is a descriptive-measuring kind. The statistical populations of the present study are official staffs of branches and the staffs of the foreign currency independent unit without including their managers. The informationg collecting tools are two questionuires that organizational health questionary with 37questions and the knowledge management questionary with 27 questions, which were used after measuring their validity and the reliability of the questionaries were submitted to statistical samples that was selected by using categorical random sampling method and simple random (draw) and this sample was calculated to be 241 people.return rate of this questionary was 91%. To Summariza and categorize and interpret the statistical data the deductive level to test the main hypo theses and the minor hypotheses the multi-linear regression analysis and simple-liner regression analysis were used respectively. The obtain findings from the statistical data analysis in the level of the significance of 0.05 show the effect of organizational health in administrative and technical level on all aspects of knowledge management. But the health of institutional level haz effect only on the transfer of knowledge in Sepah Bank in East Azarbaijan.
