مقايسه ريز نشت پلاگ MTA تهيه شده با دو تركيب نرمال سالين و سفيده تخم مرغ

Comparison of microleakage of MTA plugs prepared with normal saline and egg white

چكيده مقدمه: دندان‌‌هاي با اپكس باز با روش‌‌هاي مختلف مانند پلاگ MTA درمان مي‌شوند. با توجه به مشكل كار با MTA و زمان سخت شدن طولاني كه منجر به ريزنشت بيشتر در ساعات اوليه قرار گيري آن مي‌گردد، هدف از انجام اين مطالعه، مقايسه كاربرد سفيده تخم مرغ در مقايسه با نرمال سالين بر ريزنشت پلاگ‌هاي MTA بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه آزمايشگاهي، 70 دندان تك كاناله و سالم كشيده شده انساني به طور تصادفي به دو گروه 30 تايي و دو گروه 5 تايي شاهد منفي و مثبت تقسيم شد. در گروه اول پلاگ MTA تهيه شده با نرمال سالين درون كانال قرار گرفت و در گروه دوم از سفيده تخم مرغ استفاده شد. در گروه شاهد مثبت فقط يك گوتاي 80 به شكل معكوس قرار گرفت و در گروه شاهد منفي كل طول كانال با استفاده از MTA و حفره دسترسي با موم چسب پر شد. سطح ريشه‌‌ها به جز 2 ميلي‌متر انتهايي، با 2 لايه لاك ناخن پوشانده شد و در سيستم ارزيابي ريزنشت ميكروبي تعبيه گرديد و سپس با گاز اتيلن اكسايد استريل و به شيشه آنتي‌سرم حاوي محيط كشت مايع BHI منتقل شد. محلول تازه حاوي انتروكوك فكاليس هر 3 روز يك بار به سيستم تزريق گرديد. نمونه‌‌ها به طور روزانه و به مدت 90 روز بررسي شدد و زمان وقوع كدورت در مورد هر نمونه ثبت گرديد. داده‌ها با كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS توسط آناليز بقاي Kaplan-Meier تجزيه و تحليل شد (05/0 = ?). يافته‌ها: ميزان كدورت در گروه‌هاي 1 و 2 به ترتيب 7/76 و 60 درصد بود. ميانگين زمان ايجاد كدورت به ترتيب 06/27 و 13/42 دقيقه گزارش شد. اختلاف معني‌داري بين دو گروه مشاهده نشد (151/0 = value p). نتيجه‌‌گيري: تركيب MTA با سفيده تخم مرغ از نظر ميزان ريزنشت اختلاف معني‌داري با تركيب MTA با نرمال سالين نداشت و كاربرد آن جهت بهبود زمان سخت شدن و كاركرد با MTA قابل توصيه مي‌باشد. كليد واژه‌ها: ريزنشت باكتريايي، MTA، نرمال سالين، آپكسيفيكاسيون.

Abstract Introduction: Different techniques are used to treat open apices, including MTA plugs. Regarding MTA’s long setting time, which results in greater microleakage during the first hours after its placement and its difficult handling properties, the aim of this study was to evaluate microleakage of MTA plugs mixed with normal saline and egg white. Materials and Methods: Seventy extracted human single-rooted teeth were randomly divided into two groups of 30 and two positive and negative control groups of 5. In group 1, an MTA plug mixed with normal saline was placed in each canal. In group 2, albumin was mixed with MTA. In the positive control group, a #80 gutta-percha was placed inversely in each canal. In the negative control group, the canal was obturated with MTA and the access cavity was filled with sticky wax. Root surfaces, except for the apical 2 mm, were covered with 2 layers of nail varnish. All the teeth were placed in the bacterial leakage evaluation system and were sterilized with ethylene oxide gas. Then they were transferred to anti-serum vials containing BHI solution. A fresh solution of Enterococcus faecails was injected into the system every 3 days. The samples were evaluated daily for 90 days for turbidity was. Data was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis (? = 0.05). Results: Turbidity rates in groups 1 and 2 were 76.7% and 60%, respectively, with average turbidity times of 27.06 and 42.13 days. No significant differences were noted between the two groups (p value = 0.151). Conclusion: There were no significant differences in microleakage between MTA plugs mixed with albumin and normal saline.
