The Role of Even Contribution in Intuition Quality Enhancement of Serial Entrepreneurs

كارآفريني فرايند شناسايي، ارزيابي و بهره¬برداري از فرصت‌هاي نوين كسب‌وكار است. تشخيص اين فرصت‌ها براساس رويكرد جست‌وجوي منظم يا به كمك رويكرد شهودي انجام مي‌شود. اين مقاله مربوط به رويكرد دوم و در راستاي توسعه‌ي نگرش شهودي به كارآفريني بوده و شهود فرايندي است كه طي آن، اطلاعاتي كه دريافت آن به صورت ناخودآگاه است، توسط نظام روان- تني ادراك مي‌شود. در اين پژوهش آزمايشي، نمونه‌ي آماري شامل 45 كارآفرين سريالي از پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري شهر تهران بوده و به مشاهده‌ي تصاوير منتخب از نظام بين‌المللي تصاوير احساسي (IAPS) در گروه زوجي (گروه آزمايش شامل 30 نفر در گروه‌هاي دو نفره) و گروه انفرادي (گروه كنترل شامل 15 نفر در گروه‌هاي تك نفره) مي‌پرداختند. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه كارآفرينان گروه زوجي نسبت به گروه انفرادي، كيفيت شهود بيش‌تري دارند. در هر دو گروه زوجي و انفرادي منحني‌هاي احساسي و خنثي آشكارا واگرا بودند كه اين واگرايي تقريبا از پنج ثانيه قبل از محرك (مشاهده‌ي تصوير) شروع شده است. تفاوت واگرايي تغييرپذيري ضربان قلب در دوره‌ي پيش- محرك براي گروه زوجي و انفرادي بدين معناست كه مشاركت زوجي كارآفرينان كيفيت شهودي‌شان را به‌طور معناداري ارتقا مي‌دهد.

Entrepreneurship is a process of new business opportunity recognition, assessment and exploitation. The recognition of these opportunities is possible through systematic scanning approach or intuitive approach. This thesis is based on the second approach and expands intuitive perspective to entrepreneurship. Intuition is a process through which that information which is normally out of the range of conscious awareness is perceived by the psychophisiological system. In this experimental research, the statistical sample includes 45 serial entrepreneurs from the science and technology parks in the City of Tehran, who watch the pictures of International Affective Picture System (IAPS) in an experimental co-partner group ( the group which consists of 30 entrepreneurs in a dual member group) and single group ( the control group which consists of 15 entrepreneurs in a single member group). In co-partner groups, both entrepreneurs watch the same set of 45 calm and emotional pictures. These images were randomly selected after the pre-stimulus duration. In single groups each entrepreneur watches the unique set of pictures. The findings show that the intuition quality of co-partner groups is higher than that of the single groups. In both the single and co-partner groups, calm and emotional curves were obviously divergent. This divergence starts approximately 5 seconds before the stimuli presentation. The difference in heartbeat rhythm variabilityʹs divergence in the pre-stimulus period for the co-partner and single groups means that even contribution of entrepreneurs will significantly amplify their intuition quality.
