بررسي رابطه عوامل انساني كارآفريني و عملكرد شغلي مديران بر اساس مدل كوراتكو از نظر ويژگي‌هاي فردي

The Relationship between Human Factors of Entrepreneurship and Job Performance of Managers and Supervisors via Kuratku Model

مديران جهاد كشاورزي كشور به لحاظ موقعيت و نقش موثري كه در سازمان و جامعه دارند، با تقويت ويژگي هاي فردي كارآفريني خود، مي توانند عملكرد شغلي خود را در راستاي رشد اقتصادي، اشتغال‌زايي وكاهش بيكاري افزايش دهند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي رابطه عوامل انساني كارآفريني و عملكردشغلي مديران عالي، مياني و سرپرستي جهاد كشاورزي استان فارس براساس مدل كوراتكو، از نظر ويژگي‌هاي فردي مي باشد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي به منظور تعيين رابطه متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته مي باشد. براي انتخاب نمونه ها از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي متناسب با حجم جامعه آماري استفاده گرديد. به منظور گردآوري داده ها در اين پژوهش، دو نوع پرسشنامه كارآفريني و عملكرد شغلي تدوين شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي اين پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss صورت گرفته است. تجزيه و تحليل يافته هاي مربوط به پژوهش نشان داد كه ضريب همبستگي بين تمايل به مخاطره‌آميزي، تمايل به آزادي عمل، توفيق طلبي، هدف گرايي و كنترل دروني با عملكرد شغلي معنادار بوده است. بنابراين بين تمايل به مخاطره آميزي، تمايل به آزادي عمل، توفيق طلبي، هدف گرايي و كنترل دروني با عملكرد شغلي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه متغيرهاي كنترل دروني، تمايل به آزادي عمل، هدف‌گرايي و توفيق طلبي توان پيش بيني عملكرد شغلي را دارا مي باشند و بر اساس ضريب بتا، بهترين پيش‌بيني كننده هاي عملكرد شغلي، متغير هاي كنترل دروني، هدف گرايي، توفيق طلبي و آزادي عمل بوده است.

Considering their status and the effective role they play in Iran’s society and their own organization, Jahad keshavarzi managers, can increase their job performance by strengthen their individual entrepreneurial characteristics, in order to help economic growth, job creation, and decrease of unemployment. The purpose of this research is the study of the relationship between the human factors of entrepreneurship and job performance of the top and middle managers and the supervisors of Fars Province Jahad Keshavarzi via kuratku model concerning individual characteristics. The research method applied in this study is descriptive correlation, to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent ones. Sample selection was done through stratified random sampling method proportionate to the size of the statistical community. To collect data, two types of questionnaire for entrepreneurship and job performance were prepared. Data analysis was done in two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, using SPSS software. Analysis of the findings related to the study showed that the correlation ratio between the desire to risk, desire for freedom of action, love of achievement, goal-orientedness, and internal control with job performance has been significant. So, the desire to risk, desire for freedom, and love of achievement, goal-orientedness and internal control have a significant relationship with job performance. Multiple regression results showed that the variables of internal control, desire for freedom, love of achievement, and goal-orientedness can predict job performance, and according to beta coefficient the best predictors of job performance are the variables of internal control, goal-orientedness, love of achievement and desire for freedom of action.
