Determinants of Professional Classroom Management from Academic Staff of Agriculture and Natural Resources, of University of Tehran

The purpose of this study was to investigate professional classroom management used by the academic staffs of the University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran. 157 academic staff who were teaching in 2008-2009 academic year were selected through proportional stratified-randomization method. Questionnaire was designed and employed to gather required data. This research instrument was tested by the academic staff of the department of agricultural extension education, University of Tehran for validity analysis and reliability, is depicted by Cranachʹs alpha (a=0.73). Findings revealed that there was significant and positive correlation between professional management applied by the academic staff and level of using ICT, level of job satisfaction, research and educational function. Also result from applying on multiple regression revealed that "job satisfaction, educational function and connective- organizational characteristics of the academic staff were the most important variables affected professional classroom management respectively
