Comparative Study of Suggestions System Patterns and Presenting of Model for Implementing in Islamic Azad University Qazvin Branch

Abstract In this research, for comparison study of suggestion system, and offering a related model for Islamic Azad university of Qazvin, Benchmark method with processes were used. The research is comparison study type, and for studying research questions by using comparison study of internal and external suggestion system, a suitable pattern for Qazvin University is offered. For completion of the process and by descriptive research using field method, the present situation of model and the model requirements were studied. The sample is expert oriented enough because the population is allocated to vice presidents and executives in the university. The sample volume was 30, also regarding comparison study; present documents related to suggestion system wee used too. The tools of the research were interviews, questionnaire, and secondary documents, and also data bases and internet sources. The softwares used for statistical analysis were statistica, SPSS and excel. A research model is presented after data analysis for suggestion system in the university.
