Ranking and Determining the Most Important Training Elements Affecting the Universities Productivity by group decision making Method

Abstract: In this paper, different training factors affecting the planning of productivity improvement of universities and identified in former researches are compared pair wise by group decision making and the respective importance of each on others was determined and ranked. Training specialists of in universities mainly the wise presidents, training managers and board members of faculties by using a questionnaire were asked to make related comparisons. Finally by synthesis of these views, the relative importance of each training factor and its rank was determined. Based on this research, the elements related to the quality of faculty members and university management are the most important factors affecting the productivity of universities.
