چكيده لاتين :
This study tries to evaluate the effect of managerial strategies in the Psychological Empowerment in Guilan tax organization employees. According to Thomas and Velthouse, Psychological Empowerment is an internal motivational factor that reflects the active role of employees in organizations. In this study, psychological empowerment measured based on organic approach and using Thomas and Velthouse model that has five dimensions, i.e.; competency, meaning, efficacy, choice and trust. It seems that the use of managerial strategies and its dimensions, including: trust, established working groups, knowledge of the results of work, independence and freedom of employees action, climate of participation and the amount of peoples information is profitable in their empowerment. The statistical population of this study included 720 personnel in the tax organization in Gilan province. Sample size extracted from Morgan Schedule is 150 personnel from the tax organization of Gilan province. In the study multi-stage sampling method has been used. The method of data collection is field study and questionnaire is data collection tool. Where the scales of the variables used in this study are interval scale therefore the F tests for the hypotheses and research have been used. Because the researchers was looking for different levels of independent variables effects on the dependent variable and examine the desired level of managerial strategies on psychological empowerment t, we used analysis of factor variance.
The results show that the effect of levels of managerial strategies on psychological empowerment Gilan province tax organization employees is different. Considering that a significant difference exist in the effect of different levels of managerial strategies on employee psychological empowerment, also Duncan test showed that there is no significant difference between the low effects and middle levels of managerial strategies on employee psychological empowerment in tax organization of Gilan province, but between the two levels above and the high level of managerial strategies is a significant difference and can be seen the highest rate of psychological empowerment of staff at the high level of managerial strategies. Finally in continuance recommendations are presented.
