تعيين رابطه بين انگيزش و تعهد داوطلبان در نهمين دوره المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان ايران

The Determination of the Relationship between Motivation and Commitment of Volunteers in 9th Sport Olympiad of Universities

هدف از اين تحقيق، تعيين رابطه بين انگيزش و تعهد داوطلبان شركت كننده در نهمين المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان بود. باتوجه به جامعه 240 نفري پژوهش، تعداد نمونه آماري در اين تحقيق با استفاده از جدول مورگان 147 نفر است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه كينسو (2007) پس از تاييد روايي صوري و پايايي (89/0 = ?) استفاده شد. در اين تحقيق از آمارهاي توصيفي و استنباطي مانند آزمون t، S-K، ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن، پيرسون و دو رشته اي نقطه اي استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه تعهد داوطلبان در دو گروه زن (51/0 ± 87/2 = M) و مرد (81/0 ± 93/2 = M) كمتر از ميانگين است. ولي انگيزش در هر دو گروه زن (72/0 ± 37/3 = M) و مرد (50/0 ± 21/3 = M) در حد مطلوبي قرار دارد. همچنين مشخص شد كه بين انگيزش و تعهد داوطلبان زن و مرد رابطه معني-داري وجود دارد (001/0 > P، 337/0 = r). از ديگر يافته هاي تحقيق اين بود كه بين جنسيت و انگيزش داوطلبان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (021/0=P و 191/0=r). بين متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي (سن، تحصيلات و وضعيت تاهل) با انگيزش و تعهد داوطلبان رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد (05/0 < P).

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and commitment of volunteers in 9th sport Olympiad of Iran Universities. The statistical population of this study included all volunteers (n=240) who participated in this event (women and men). 147 subjects were randomly selected as the sample of this study according to Morgan table. Kinso (2007) questionnaire was used to collect the data. 11 professors of sport management determined content validity of this questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability was determined with Alpha Cronbachʹs alpha (a = 0.89). K.S test was used to identify the normal distribution of data and Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman, point biserial correlation and independent sample t-test to analyze the data. Findings showed that commitment of volunteers in two groups of women (M=2.87±0.51) and men (M=2.93±0.58) was lower than the mean, but the motivation in two group of women (M=3.37±0.72) and men (M=3.21 ±0.050) was at an optimal level. There was a significant relationship between motivation and commitment of volunteers (r=0.337, P<0.001). Results showed a significant relationship between gender and motivation of volunteers (r=0.191, P<0.021), but no significant relationship was found between age and educational degree of volunteers to their motivation and commitment. The results showed no significant relationship motivation and commitment of volunteers (P>0.50).
