Human security

The threats against human Security can be divided in two groups. The first group is the "natural" threats and the second one is the "Man - Made" threats. Crime and insecurity are from the most Important instances of the man-made threats. Without any doubt, The main function of the police is to preventing and/or combating these threats. Implementing its function and establishing public order and security and public welfare in the community, NAJA (The Islamic Republic of Iranʹs national police) Has been focused its endeavors to prevent the crime and insecurity and to react the criminals. In recent years, beacons of some reasons, the policeʹs preventive interventions has been found More importance and has took strong strategies to prevent crime and Insecurity and covering the human security, that have been produced from international and national experiences and the cultural and historical bases of Iranian communities.
