New Generation of Team Leaders

Team cores as the main source of change and development within the teams of resolution of problems, quality improvement, innovation, project management, think tanks ... are playing a role in the managing level and have already proved their values. However, those teams have not acquired their real place within the organizations. This paper intends to show that from now on the scope of teamwork will be extended to high-ranking management and leadership and this trend will be dominant trend of future leadership of organizations. Furtherer, the paper explains new scheme and functions of leadership and supremacy of teamwork approach in all relevant areas. And finally, the paper concludes with the explanation of team leadership approach in improvement ofdefense organizations of our country.
