The Role of Technology and Human Factor in the US Regional Wars until 2010

The US strategic behavior and regional wars are subject to its technologic capabilities and human factor capacities. In chaos within the international system, the human factor can play complementary role to technologic instruments. Therefore, the author of this paper attempts to explain the US strategic behavior based on technology and human factors. In fact, the US economic and technologic structure is planned and organized in such a manner that highlights the role of military researches. This in turn leads to new generation of strategic production, which shapes the equity of the US behavior in a crisis. Those factors like communications, mobility, information and fire strength are among the implications of the US technologic development and its effect on the countryʹs military structure.
