چكيده لاتين
Given the two concept of minimal and maximal violation of privacy by media, definition and nature of this violation is presented at this article. Therefore, at the first step, lexical and term meanings of ethics, media and media ethics are explained. Then, history and definition of privacy is stated. To do so, two internal and external definitions of privacy are expressed. After that, the history of privacy in Islam is reiterated in detail based on Quran, Hadith and prophetic narratives. According to those procedures, eight different privacy violation prohibitions are enumerated. After that, current types of privacy violation by media are categorized at four parts. Finally, all media and specially IRIB are considered committed to observe personal privacy based on lexical and term definitions.
