The Historical and Conceptual Evolution of Passive Defense

By analyzing and introducing generations of threats and wars, scientific and historical studies, and comparing modern and current wars, and also studying the model of passive defense in each period, this article tries to extract the framework and major considerations in passive defense, and define passive defense according to the generations of threats and wars. This research draws on historical and analytical methodology, and finally examines the characteristics of the present time model of passive defense according to the threats and the changes in them.
