This research has been carried out under the title of "Designing the Theoretical Pattern of Spatial Planning through Implementing the Principles of Passive Defense" in order to achieve national development In doing so, this article is aimed to determine the effective factors and variables in the status quo by studying and analyzing it, and to design the theoretical pattern of spatial planning through Implementing the principles of passive defense in order to achieve national development The major factors in this research include assessing the major factors and threats of military geography, the spatial elements and principles of passive defense, and the geopolitical elements, the interactional effects of which have been studied. Further, it tries to present an optimal pattern. In conclusion, this article explains the theoretical pattern of spatial planning by taking passive defense considerations into consideration
