Revolution in Military affairsʹ is a process that major change and discontinuities in military affairs take place. They are brought about by changes in military related technologies, concept of operation, methods of organization, and/or resources available, and are frequently associated with broader political, social, economic, and scientific revolutions. The modern period in general and the past two centur ies in particular have witnessed the greatest rate of change.A review on past changes shows the complexity and differentia! of issue, that this article refers to its 3 distinct models and RMA dynamic factors and Persian golf war futures in this background. Also progress of RMA in some countries such as Pakistan be discussed and pay to the new dimension of war such as net centric warfare, air-space warfare and challenges relevant lo RMA and refers to guidelines for developing countries like Pakistan, that include; development of existence systems, autonomy, simultaneous intend in going toward RMA and importance and role of privet sector.For example: refer to changes in U.S. army and India army then after discussion, concludes in choices in front of developing countries.
