Indian Ocean and IRI Maritime Power in 21th Century

In resent decays, depends on global and regional evolution Indian Ocean have been center of consideration of region and foreign country as the most important waterway between five oceans and each of them adopted some actions for presence and domination in area perspective. Attention to process of global change and limitation in energy resources, anticipation is more attending by effective sea power countriesʹ during 21 century. Indian Ocean is the most important waterway for IR of Iran as lines of communication and depth of sea defense. Effective attendance of IRI navy on this ocean will provide security of our lines of communication and move out battlefield area from Persian Gulf and Oman Sea at critical date and in peace time will defense of national interest on international water.
