The Kharazmshahid government (470-618 A.H) is known as one of the greatest Iranian monarchies before the Mongol invasion. Ghotb-e-din Mohammad, known as Kharazmshah, and his son, Atsez, were among the famous governors of the said dynasty and ruled at the some time as some of the major incidents history of Iran occurred. The Ghozʹs conspiracy (Fitnah) and its consequences, Khorasanʹs destruction and the enslavement of Sultan Sanjar, all made Atsez - the Kharazmʹs governor - use the opportunity and take his government out of the Khorasanʹs Seljuqidʹs supremacy. Thus, the KharazmShahid Atsez can be regarded as the founder of the independ Kharazmshahid rule in Kharazm. Atsezʹs government can be divided into two periods: the first period; from 522-53O(A.H), the time he was under the dominance of Sultan Sanjar-as was his father, and the second period; which lasted as long as his independent sovereignty on Kharazm and during which he tried to impose his dominance on Turkish immigrant tribes around Marv. This event was simultaneous with the Ghozʹs conspiracy and the outbreak of changes in political and military relations in the region under the influences of what Kharazmshah had done. As Sultan Sanjar appealed to him for removing the Ghozes, Atsez entered the events which happened in Khorasan and so the immediate pursuits of his political and land-related demands were accepted in return. The kharazmshahid Atsez through establishing a union out of Kook Saghoon, Samarghandʹs khan, Taj-e-din Abolfazl, Malek Sistan (Nimruz) and Ala-e-din Hossein Jansooz, the king of Ghor and Abulfath Rostam Shah Ghazi, Malek Mazandaran, Issued orders to Integrate Khorasoan. Up to now, his relationship with Taj-e-din Abulfazl, Malek Sistan is full of ambiguities. In the anthology of Monshaʹat known as "The Bureaucrats of Ancient Sultans", there are some alternate letters which were exchanged between Atsez and Malek Sistan that had some effects on the regional interactions and also on the relations between Sistan and Kharazm in this critical era of Iranʹs history. In this paper, based on the new information and data of the stated documents, it has been attempted to clarify the ambiguities in the relationships between the two governors and their role in the political and military interactions in the region of Khorasan during the Ghozes incident. Keywords: Munshaat, Kharazmshahid rulers, Historical documents (Rasael) Atsez, (Malek Sistan) Nimruz.
