The effect of EMFs at the low frequency(10Hz,30Hz) on learning and spatial memory of Mice

The studies showed that useage of electromagnetic fields at the low frequencie can effecte on brain physiological process. The aim of this study was evaluation of the effect of EMFs on learning and spatial memory. 30 male mice were completely divided into 3 groups (2 experimental and one control).The experminting group1, was exposed to EMFs(10Hzferqency ,2MT intensity) for 20 minute .The experminting group2 were exposed EMFs(30Hz frequency, 2MT intensity) for 20minutes.for similar conditions control group were situated into set of EMFs for 20 minuteat the same condions. The results showed that exposed to EMFs(10,30 Hz frequency,2MT intensity) are significantly better in practice in relation to spatial memory in comparison with control group.
