Textbooks are considered as one of the most important learning resources for students in many educational systems. Based on this idea, several questions have been included in the end of some of the lessons of some subjects in Guidance school in Iran. In order to find answers to these questions, students have to search for suitable information sources and know how to use them. Such questions are called research-oriented questions (ROQ) in this research. The main aim of this research is to identify the types of research-oriented questions and to identify the relevant information resources (books) which are capable of answering those questions. Findings show that %98 of ROQs were answered by 822 books of which 165 books were selected from the CBCʹs bibliographies and 657 books were non CBCʹs selected books. On the other hand, %79 of them was answered via reference books. Based on a typological analysis of ROQs, the findings revealed that 58% of them dealt with Know-What, Know-Who, Know-When & Know-Where and aimed at increasing the studentsʹ information base. About of them were based on Know-How aiming at increasing the studentsʹ knowledge base and the last group, which included about 2% of ROQs were devoted to Know-Why questions and aimed at increasing studentsʹ logical reasoning. The ultimate product of this research was a list of books capable of responding to ROQs. Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Librarians of Public Libraries the (Case of Yazd Public Libraries) Mir Mohammad Asʹadi Ghazaleh Naddafi Maysam Shafie Roodposhti Many classic organizational theorists recognized the linkage between employeesʹ acts of cooperation or going beyond formal role requirements and organizational effectiveness. Organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) in the aggregate promote the effective functioning of the organization. Numerous studies in the business literature have been conducted on the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The reason for this popularity is the positive relationships between OCB and both individual and organizational performance. This research investigates the relationships of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior. Yazd public libraries and their librarians are the target society of this research. Findings show emotional intelligence is an important antecedent for organizational citizenship behavior.
