چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this study is to specify intra- organizational principal factors related to organizational change in the state comprehensive universities and to design a suitable change management model for this reason. For conducting this research, literature of organizational change was reviewed in educational and non- educational organizations and twenty one factors were identified. Then, researchers classified these factors in three categories: managerial factors, organizational factors, and individual, factors. Questionnaires were used for gathering data from the state comprehensive universities relevant to research grant scheme which was implemented in the said universities. An exploratory factor analysis was used to summarize and determine principal factors. The statistical population of this research included ten universities. The sample consisted of 300 participants that were randomly selected from faculty members of target population in proportion to their academic members. The data analysis revealed that managerial factors were summarized to six factors namely facility strategies, controlling, freezing strategies, transformational leadership behaviors, facultiesʹ development strategies and policy making. Organizational factors were determined in six factors specifically resources, organizational cultures, organizational justice, organizational climate, change messages, and organizational structures. Individual factors were summarized to five factors in the name of psychological ownership, self efficacy, and organizational commitment, attitude to change plan and trust to change management or change agent. And then, suitable change management model was designed for state comprehensive universities according to identified factors.
