چكيده لاتين :
The present study aimed at investigating the extend of achieving the objectives of human resource development performance using EFQM Excellence Model in Ahwaz Local Education Authority during the Third Five-year Development Plan (2000-2004). An analytic-descriptive method was utilized to conduct the research. The population of this study all staff members who were serving in the LEA of Ahwaz during the Third Five-year Development Plan and the sample was comprised of 120 people who were randomly selected to fill out the research questionnaire. In addition to the questionnaire, a checklist of performance indicators was utilized as a research instrument to cany out the study, as well. The findings indicate that: a) there is a considerable difference between the preferred and the existed indicators- out of score of 500 for enablers it received 207.18, out of score of 500 for results this city received 185.45 and out of 1000, this city received 395.26, b) there was a significant difference between enablers and results factors and the results factor was less than the enabler factor, c) performance of Local Education Authority in human resource development in 2004 was better than its performance in 2000.
