Techniques for Cultural Transformation in Religion-oriented Organizations The Case studied: Tehran University and Tehran University of Medical Sciences Student Basij

Effectiveness of Student Basij relations and management of these relations go hand in hand with how much this organization is open to reforms and compliant with principles of Islamic revolution, a goal which is plausible through identification of techniques for cultural transformation. The main question is this: What techniques are available for cultural transformation is Tehran University and Tehran University of Medical Sciences Student Basij as a religion- oriented organization? Applying Delphi method, this study indicates that only such solutions can be effective which are highly flexible and in accord with non-official organizations.
