Influences of Iranian Islamic Revolution on Lebanese Shiites with an Emphasis on Hezbollah Movement

Iranian Islamic revolution, as the starting point of Islamic awakening in late twentieth century, heralded a new era of Islamʹs emergence that has made other Muslim nations including Lebanese Shiites to become active. Thanks to Islamic revolution, Lebanese Shiites and specially Hezbollah movement have gradually played an increasing role in political and social developments. Influencing cultural aspect (reinforcing Shiite identity), political aspect (more share of power) and social aspect (improvement of citizenship status), Iranian Islamic revolution has had a remarkable share in progress, development, social and political measures and victories of Lebanese Shiites specially Hezbollah movement.
