This paper is a study an the compiling educational and training strategies for the IRI Armed Forces (Military academies ) therfor , we will study the liberature of the problem and then we will consider the strategic training planning models including : Mark c. Hall Kevin M. Elliott, Howell, Clez, Braison , kafman and Herman models , and training planning models , of Shamshiri and Mirza mohammadi.Then , the above mentioned models will be compared to those of Kafman and Herman , because of The attention to values , beliefs and training requirements. Also, Shamshiriʹs model will be considered as a model provided based on Islamic mysticism .The sample population contains VT training elites of The IRI Armed Forces , the research is an applies one .
the SOWT method was used to evaluate the environmental factors (internal and external), basec on which probable strategies were compiled , these strategies were evaluated by QSPM table from the viewpoint of attractiveness . Finally we will introduce ^ ^ prioritezed strategies as a result, we achieve the main strategy to answere to the basic question of the research, at the end of the paper , We have offered some practical suggestions , for the execution of the main strategy.
