چكيده لاتين :
Developing entrepreneurship is the prophecy of intended curriculum in scientific-technical higher education institutes. In these institutes each lecturer may be considered as a component of the curriculum. This study aimed to conduct a survey on the role afjecturers to develop studentsʹ capacities in entrepreneurship. Approach of the study was qualitative with an evaluation method. The model of evaluation was connoisseurship and Eisnerʹs educational criticism. Observation, interview and questionnaire were applied as the instruments of data gathering. Validation was approved by consensual validation, structural corroboration and referential adequacy. Findings showed that the most important causes to make some obstacles for developing entrepreneurship were (a) centralization in theoretical content; (b) lack of congruence between teaching and essence of scientific-technical system; (c) causing inferiority and disappointment among students; and (d) the lack of spending enough time.
