With the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russification process of region, which had been taken by force in 19th century, part of which belonged to Iran, led to the expansion of its territory at the expense of its neighbors, was ended. After 1991, a new world order appeared under the direction of United States. This new world order is now called globalization or global making of our earthly globe as well as the end of history and the end of earth. None has been, however, realized as yet. What is found, today, more than anything else on an international scale is nothing but superpowerʹs competitions and rivalries in most critical areas of the world the popularity of which is termed superpowersʹ games. These games are reminiscent of their grand games played during the late years of 19th and earlier years of 20th centuries. Caucasia, on the north of Iran, was one of the substantial region where an obnoxious game was played. Thanks to its interest and relations with Iran- that lasted long for several thousand years in different historical, cultural, scientific, military and political areas, good backgrounds have been provided for Iran to win back its usurped rights because Iran has potential interest there. The present study has used the theories of games to deal with the critical management of Caucasia and the role that Iran can play in this area after soviet collapse.
