Evaluation of the desired goals (production goals , employment, profitability) in the early efficient firm in Qom

Within the recent years, the role and importance of small and medium enterprises in developed and industrial countries and also in the countries in process of development has been increased . Small and medium enterprises and industries, are the fundamentals and most vital active units in present societies that by a correct planning and submitting protectice and supervision approaches on small and medium enterprises , a considerable part of unemployment will be resolved and also national production and exports will be decreased. Hence, the project of development of small economics enterprises aiming justly distribution of resources, increasing production and non-oil exports and cntcrprcncur, establishment opportunities of occupation and jobs, has been approved by the Board of Ministers on the Fall of 2005 and was executed on the winter of the same year. Ascertainment and reaching to these aims, indicates to grant facilities to the applicants of establishment small enterprises, prccisc supervision on the the feasibility projects of the applicants to obtain required facilities and then supervision on the procedure of costing such facilities in the way of these aims whereas such facilities arc national capital and needs to obtain favorable conclusion. In this research, the first step was to study the concepts of small and medium industries and their specifications and advantages and the rate of loan and facilities of such projects with suggestions to execute this project.
