he managers of organizations are faces with various challenges in todayʹs stressful business environment. They should manage and lead their organization in such a way that can endure against their powerful rivals. Technological changes and innovation in products on the one hand and complexity of management in organizations on the other hand left 110 choice except emphasizing on main capital of organization.The importance of employees is recognized day by day. The era of observing manpower as an instrument has terminated. Efficient persons have found their values and managers believed that they should strove very hard to employ and maintain such persons. Adherents of current human resource management believes that organization should be avoided from bureaucratic personnel management and moving toward flexibility and human resource management responding. Today advanced organizations should be utilized modern managerial tools concurrent with developing and promoting technology. The stability of organization cannot be maintain without these tools, but using these tools requires accurate recognition and choosing the most suitable tools in accordance with organization circumstances and consolidating them with each other is the most important issue. To be assured from accuracy of selecting appropriated process and sufficient stride for their establishment and then measuring the extent of their effectiveness and ultimately paying attention to continuous improvement and moving toward development and growth and accessing to superior and preferable indicators in comparison to successful.Organizations are the other important issues that all leading organization managers should take a special consideration to it. Today organizational excellence models play such roles and help organization managers to step toward excellence course. This paper quests organizations excellence from the human resource view and introduce a model for showing the course of organization movement and make possible performance appraisal and measurement of success of organizations.
