Recognizing stressful factors and stress -tolerance among Tehran metropolitan CID police officers1

T his paper aims at recognizing stressful factors and stress-tolerance among Tehran metropolitan CID police employees. The research method is descriptive and has done with using modified stress testing forms of Iran police force for 215 numbers of employees. The collected data are analyzed with spss software. The results indicate that between 83 evaluated events, inadequate compensation % had been the highest stressful factors and inappropriated violation or considering t^ no punishment for criminals by legal officials had been the lowest stressful factors
