چكيده لاتين :
Campylobacter is one of the food borne bacteria this cause diarrhea especially in children fewer 5 years age in world. Other Campylobacteriosis symptoms are Gastric ulcer, arthritis, Gullain - barre syndrome and The most species of the bacteria inhabit commensally in the genital and intestines of the mammal and poultry. Poultry & Cow have high body temperature for this reason is Campylobacter basic vectors. Food is one of the most food borne infection bacteria and polluted livestock, water, environment and especially infected poultry & cow are other Campylobacter carrier. This bacterium is one of the most important zoo noses. Campylobacter jejune & coli mostly cause clinical symptoms in human. In this study, 50 samples of milk & feces of domestic animal fields, 50samples milk in bulk milk of Veramin were accidently collected at aseptic condition. Samples were carried in Carry - Blair medium & at ice bag to Lab at soon as. ISO 10272-1:2006(E) method is used for identification of the Campylobacter species. This bacteria grows in the conditions of %10 of Co2 and 42°C of temperature for 2 to3 days in selective medium and produce transparent colonies.Results showed that one sample of bulk milk was contaminated with Campylobacter jejuni and 2 samples of feces were detected to be contaminated with Campylobacter jejuni and other samples were negative for the Campylobacter species in culture.
