خوراك، پوشاك، مسكن در قرن ششم و هفتم خورشيدي با استفاده از تحليل متن كتاب تذكره الاوليا عطار نيشابوري: يك تحليل فرهنگي- تاريخي

Food, Clothing and Settlement in the 12thCentury Iran; A Textual Analysis of Attar Neishabouriʹʹswith a Focus on Historical and Cultural Aspects

چكيده اين مقاله كوشش دارد تا با تحليل متن كتاب تذكره‌الاوليا عطار نيشابوري، تحليل فرهنگي‌ـ تاريخي از وضع زندگي در قرن ششم و هفتم خورشيدي (12 ميلادي) ايران ارايه كند. براي اين كار ابتدا داده‌هاي گزاره‌اي و واژگاني مربوط به سه موضوع خوراك، پوشاك و مسكن را در متن كتاب تذكره‌الاوليا ارزيابي مي‌كنيم و سپس با توجه به طبقه‌بندي انواع خوراك و لباس و مسكن، اوضاع فرهنگي و شيوه گذران زندگي در آن زمان را تحليل و درباره نوع زيست در آن دوران نتيجه‌گيري خواهيم كرد. اين تحليل چند نكته علمي را به شرح زير برجسته خواهد كرد : 1ــتحليل انسان‌شناختي بخشي از تحليل ارتباطي متن است، و برعكس، و نمي‌توان فرآيندهاي پيچيده ارتباطي گذشتگان را بدون مطالعات انسان‌شناختي به دايره شناخت درآورد. در اين‌جا تحليل متن را انجام داديم اما با تكيه بر شيوه گذران حيات انسانها در سده ششم و هفتم نشان مي‌دهيم كه چگونه مي‌توان مطالعات ارتباطي و مطالعات انسان‌شناختي را به هم پيوند زد، 2ــمطالعات «متن» بخشي از مطالعات فرهنگي است چرا كه حلقه‌هاي مفقوده فرآيندهاي زندگي روزمره در گذشته را به‌خوبي آشكار مي‌كند؛ 3ــمطالعات اجتماعي در جهان معاصر با رويكردهاي چندرشته‌اي غني‌تر و عميق‌تر مي‌باشد. برخي نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي‌دهند كه زندگي فقيرانه آن روزگار خلق و خوي عارفانه را تقويت كرده و كنش متقابلي را ميان فرهنگ مادي و باورهاي زندگي روزمره ايجاد كرده بود.

Abstract This article uses textual analysis of Attar Neishabouriʹs book titled “Tazkirat al-Awliya”,in an attempt to provide a cultural and historical analysis of the life conditions (styles) in the 12thcentury Iran. To do this, the article first examines the data collected from the text of the book including phrases and words mentioning foods, housing and settlement. Then we would provide a categorical typology of food, housing and settlement in the 12th centuryin order to use them for analysis of the cultural condition and modes of living exercised in that period. Such analysis will outline three scientific points and contributions as follows: 1- Anthropological analysis is now part of communicative analysis of text and vise versa. It is now evident that the complex communication processes used by our ancestors cannot be known without using anthropological studies. Here we only provide a textual analysis about that time period, however, with a focus on analysis of modes of living in the 12th century, we would also indicate that communication and anthropological studies can meet to provide a better understanding of the historical events, 2- textual analysis is a part of cultural studies as it provides the lost link that facilitates understanding of everyday life of the ancestors; and 3- multidisciplinary studies provide richer and more profound knowledge about issues concerning social studies in the contemporary world. Some of the findings indicate that poor life conditions at that time contributed to formation mystic and theosophistbeliefs, and created an interaction between material culture and beliefs of everyday life.
