از زمينه‌سازي ظهور، هم آمادگي براي ظهور را مي‌توان اراده كرد و هم اقداماتي را كه سبب تعجيل ظهور مي‌گردد. بي‌شك رفتارهايي كه تعجيل در ظهور را باعث مي‌شود، به معناي تاثيرگذاري عملكرد انسان‌ها در تعجيل يا تاخير ظهور است. اين نوشتار، كوشيده تا با استناد به روايات، ثابت كند كه زمينه‌سازي، به هر دو معناي آن درست و مستند به روايات است و عملكرد انسان‌ها، تاثير مستقيمي در غيبت و ظهور امام دارد. از سوي ديگر، كوشيده تا اثبات كند كه ميان رفتار مردم و غيبت و ظهور امام به صورت كلي، رابطه علّي و معلولي برقرار نيست؛ گرچه بي‌ترديد، غيبت معلول سو رفتار مردم است و با تغيير مثبت در انسان‌ها، ظهور حتماً اتفاق خواهد افتاد. همچنين كوشيده تا اين معنا را اثبات كند كه زمينه‌سازي، وظيفه‌اي مستقل و متفاوت با مسيوليت‌هاي معهود ديني نيست، بلكه انجام دادن همين مسيوليت‌هاي معهود ديني، ظرفيت همراهي با امام را در مردم ايجاد مي‌كند و زمينه‌هاي ظهور را فراهم مي‌سازد

Of the preparation for the age of Appearance (of the Saviour), we can both get ready for his appearance and do actions that will hasten the Appearance. No doubt the behaviors that makes rush in emergence, or delay the emergence is meant to show the influence of human performance. This paper attempted to invoke the tradition, to prove that the underlying meaning of both the right and the documentary tradition, and human performance, has a direct effect in the absence of the Imam. On the other hand, arguably, there is not a cause and effect relationship between people’s behavior and Imam’s Absence or Presence. Although Absence is due to the misbehavior of the people in general, the Presence will happen with a positive change in people. This article has also attempted to argue that setting the ground is not an independent and different responsibility from other religious duties. Performance of the usual religious duties makes the potential in people to be with Imam and set the grounds for Presence.
