اثر زمان برداشت برخصوصيات كمي و كيفي بذر ارقام مختلف گوجه فرنگي (Lycopersicon esculentum)

Effect of Harvesting Time on Quantitative and Qualitative Characteristics of Seed in Different Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) Cultivars

به منظور تعيين مناسب‌ترين تاريخ برداشت ميوه جهت دستيابي به حداكثر كميت و كيفيت بذر گوجه‌فرنگي پژوهشي بصورت كرت‌هاي خرد شده در زمان در قالب طرح پايه بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار به مدت دو سال (1386 و 1387) در مركز تحقيقات كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي استان خراسان رضوي در مشهد به اجرا در آمد. در كرت هاي اصلي شش رقم گوجه فرنگي شامل موبيل، پتوارلي CH، جينا VF، ارلي اوربانا، كال جي وكارون و دركرت‌هاي فرعي نيز زمان برداشت شامل پنج چين از پنجم مرداد به فواصل پانزده روز از يكديگر بررسي شد. صفات مورد بررسي شامل عملكرد ميوه، عملكرد بذر، وزن هكتوليتر بذر، درصد استخراج بذر، درصد خلوص و نيز درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زني بذر بودند. تجزيه واريانس داده‌ها نشان داد ارقام گوجه‌فرنگي به استثنا درصد خلوص، در كليه صفات از نظر آماري تفاوت معني‌داري داشتند. اثر چين‌هاي مختلف و نيز اثر متقابل چين × رقم براي كليه صفات معني‌دار بود. در چين چهارم عملكرد ميوه 4/40 درصد، عملكرد بذر 8/51 درصد، مقدار استخراج بذر 2/13 درصد، خلوص 8/2 درصد، قوه‌ناميه 9/2 درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زني 1/2 درصد بيشتر از حداكثر ساير چين‌ها بود. اما بيشترين وزن هكتوليتر در سومين چين با حداقل 7/5 درصد برتري حاصل شد. در اين بررسي بهترين زمان برداشت ميوه گوجه‌فرنگي به منظور بذرگيري چين چهارم بود و رقم كارون در اين چين براي كليه صفات برتري نشان داد.

To determine the best harvesting time for obtaining maximum quantity and quality tomato seed, a split plot in time arrangement in randomized complete block design with three replications was carried out in Khorasan Razavi Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Center, Mashhad, Iran in 2007 and 2008 growing seasons. Main plots were six tomato cultivars including; Mobil, Peto Early CH, Gina VF, Early Urbana, Kal. J. and Karoon. Sub-plots were harvesting time including; five harvestings from 27th July with a 15 days interval. Fruit yield, seed yield, seed extraction (%), hectoliter weight, purity (%), germination (%) and rate were measured and recorded. Analysis of variance showed that cultivars were significantly different for all traits except seed purity (%). Harvesting time and interaction of harvesting time × cultivar also were significant for all traits. The fourth harvesting time had the highest fruit yield, seed yield, seed purity (%), germination (%), germination rate. These traits increased in fourth harvesting time by 40.4%, 51.8%, 13.2%, 2.8%, 2.9% and 2.1% , respectively, as compared to maximum of these traits in the other harvesting times. The highest hectoliter weight obtained in third harvesting time with 5.7% greater than the other harvesting times. The best time for harvesting for seed production was the fourth harvesting time with Karoon cutlivar.
