پراكندگي جغرافيايي جرم در شهرستان‌هاي استان گلستان

Geographical Dispersion of the Crime in the Counties of Golestan Province

تحليل جغرافيايي جرم و جنايت و تلاش در راستاي شناخت عوامل فضايي بروز اين‌گونه ناهنجاري‌ها در دهه‌هاي اخير بسيار اهميت يافته است. پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسي و مقايسه پراكنش فضاي جرم در بين شهرهاي مختلف استان گلستان به ارزيابي اين سوال كه چه شهرهايي در استان گلستان مستعد وقوع آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و جرم‌خيز هستند و چه رابطه‌اي بين تراكم جمعيت و پراكندگي جرايم در شهرستان‌هاي استان گلستان وجود دارد، پرداخته است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه مجرمان دستگيرشده در شهرستان‌هاي استان گلستان است كه در سال 1388 روانه زندان شده‌اند؛ جمعيت جامعه آماري 15615 نفر بوده است؛ در اين پژوهش از بين تمام جرم و جنايت‌هاي اتفاق افتاده، پنج جرم قتل، تجاوز به نواميس، جعل اسناد، اعتياد به موادمخدر و سرقت مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفت. نمونه آماري كه متناسب با جرايم پنج‌گانه استفاده شده، 6866 نفر هستند. به‌همين منظور اطلاعات حاصله از روش اسنادي و تجزيه‌وتحليل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و GIS استفاده شده است. نتايج پردازش نشان مي‌دهد كه توزيع جغرافيايي جرم و جنايت در شهرستان‌هاي استان گلستان از نظر آماري توزيعي كاملاً پراكنده در سطح استان دارد. به‌گونه‌اي كه تراكم سرقت در شهرستان بندرگز (13/36)، تراكم اعتياد و موادمخدر در شهرستان گرگان (91/26)، تراكم جعل اسناد در شهرستان گرگان (57/2)، تراكم قتل در شهرستان كردكوي (65/2) و تراكم تجاوز به نواميس در شهرستان بندرتركمن (03/2) مي‌باشد، نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بين تراكم جمعيت و پراكندگي جرايم در سطح شهرستان‌هاي استان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

Problem Description: Geographical analysis of crime and efforts to discover the causes of such malformations has gained significant attention in recent decades. The present study tries to investigate and compare the crime dispersion between the cities of Golestan Province. The second target is to answer this question: which cities of the province are susceptible for social damages? And what is the relationship between population congestion and crime dispersion in the counties of the province? Methodology: The populations for this survey were 15615 arrested criminals who had been jailed in the counties of Golestan since 2010. Among several crimes, five items were selected: murder, rape, documents fiction, addiction to drugs, and burglary. A sample containing 6866 people were chosen according to the mentioned items. The data were analyzed using SPSS and GIS softwares. Results and Conclusions: the results showed that the geographical distribution of crime in the counties of the province is totally dispersive. The congestion of burglary, addiction to drugs and documents fiction, murder, and rape in Bandar-e-gaz, Gorgan, Kordkooy, and Bandar-e-torkaman were 36.13, 26.91, 2.57, 2.65, and 2.03. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between the population congestion and crime dispersion.
