فرهنگ نگاري تخصصي علوم سيا سي و روابط بين الملل در ايران : آسيب هاو راهكارها

A Pathological Survey of Dictionaries/Encyclopedias of Political Science & International Relations in Iran: Problems and Solutions

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت وضع موجود فرهنگ هاي تخصصي علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل و فهم بهتر وضعيت اين فرهنگ ها و شناسايي تنوع و فراواني و آسيب ها و خلا هاي موجود در اين زمينه سازماندهي گرديده است. در اين مقاله با روش تحليل محتوا به بررسي و آسيب شناسي بيش از 100 فرهنگ تخصصي اعم از فرهنگ هاي توصيفي ، دوزبانه ،سياسي مطبوعاتي و دانشنامه هاي موجود در زمينه علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل پرداخته شده است. برخي از نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه اعمال جهت گيري هاي سياسي در فرهنگ نويسي ،تشريح واژه هاي سياسي در خدمت احزاب و تبليغات،كم دقتي ها در برابر گذاري ها، عدم ورود اساتيد علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل در كار فرهنگ نويسي، نا آشنايي با نماد هاي فرهنگي حوزه هاي مختلف دانش سياسي در هر دو زبان مبدا و مقصد،عدم آشنايي با فنون و شيوه هاي نوين فرهنگ نويسي،عدم انجام كار تخصصي توسط موسسات انتشاراتي در زمينه علوم سياسي، نبود كار تيمي و گروهي در فرهنگ نويسي ،عدم رعايت استانداردهاي بين المللي همراه با بومي سازي از مهمترين آسيب هاي فرهنگ نگاري تخصصي علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل در ايران مي باشد.در پايان ضمن جمع بندي و نتيجه گيري ،راهكارهايي براي تقويت فرهنگ نويسي تخصصي علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل در ايران ارايه گرديده است.

This article seeks to conduct a pathological survey on the dictionaries and encyclopedias of Political Science and International Relations in Iran since the beginning of the 20th century when these two fields of science were established in Iranian universities. In this article we study around 100 dictionaries and encyclopedias of Political Science and International Relations in Iran including the descriptive ones, those bilingual dictionaries, and those with media and journalism emphasis. Our research findings indicate that the most important deficiencies of these dictionaries are as follows: some are influenced by political orientations, others explain political terms in accordance to some political parties’ interests , some are unfamiliar with cultural symbols in various spheres of political knowledge in English &Persian languages, some are not precise enough in finding Persian equals of English terms, most are not written by political scientists who are familiar with Lexicography, many are unfamiliarity with modern methods and techniques of Lexicography, and least but not last many are not observing the regulations and standards of Lexicography. The article concludes with some recommendations for improving the status of the dictionaries/encyclopedias of Political Science and International Relations in Iran.
